Teenager with 4 Cavities Screams While Dentist Ruins Surprise of Today’s Wordle Answer

Avid Wordle buff, Jimmy Harking, 14, of Grand Rapids, Michigan, lashed out Saturday at his complete disgust that his dentist inadvertently revealed today's Wordle answer while engaging in idle chit-chat with his hygienist.

Dr. Issac Aluef, merely a causal Wordleler, who plays usually only on weekends, was prepping the novacane when an innocuous question from hygienist Lucy Lyptz prompted him to belt out today's Wordle answer.

"We were prepping Jimmy for 4 deep fillings in his left upper anterior molars and right lower bicuspids." Dr. Aleuf explained. "Because of all the x-rays we needed, we stuffed Jimmy's mouth to the brim with cotton."

Sensing Jimmy was uncomfortable, Lucy asked Jimmy innocently, "Are you thirsty?" Do you want a drink of water?"

"That's when it hit me! "DRINK" was today's winner!" Dr. Aleuf couldn't help but spoil the surprise for everyone in the room.

Livid at ruining the only thing that kept Jimmy looked forward to among his days usually filled with Algebra and acne, Jimmy belted out an earth-shattering scream when Dr. Aleuf spilled the beans.

"I've been coming here ever since I was a kid." Jimmy fumed. "Dr. A should have known better. He knows I am competing for Wordle Regionals this year."

"How do you think I got all these cavities in the first place? What's better than Whoppers and Wordle?"

Upon hearing Jimmy's roar, several first graders in the waiting room broke out into inconsolable crying fits, fearing the worst of what was to come when their name was called.
